It is our policy to exceed your expectations. However, if you are not satisfied with the service you received from a practitioner, please notify us immediately going to Contact Us.

If the practitioner comes to my place, what do you need from me?

For all appointments that are not at our place, payment will be required in advance. Our practitioners are professional and are prepared to deal with most circumstances. However an ideal situation would be a warm, open space about 6x8 ft in a low light area free from distracting sounds, sights, and smells. If you have children at home, please provide a means of entertaining them long enough to complete the therapy without distractions. If you have pets at home, please ask for a practitioner that is not allergic to animals.

What do I need to wear during a massage?

We want you to be comfortable at all times. Our therapists are professionally trained to use towels and sheets to keep you covered and modest continually throughout the massage. The therapist will use draping to expose only the area being addressed. If you feel uncomfortable at any time, please bring this to the therapist’s attention immediately.

What do I need to do to prepare for a massage?

Our therapists come in contact with several people each day. They take time between clients to clean the space, replace the linens, and wash their hands and arms. In order to keep the area as sanitary as possible, we ask that you prepare by being hygienically clean. We ask that you do not use any pain killers unless absolutely necessary and to never use alcohol or illicit drugs before receiving a massage. Please drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and do not eat less than 2 hours before your massage.

What should I do after my massage?

Once the session has ended the therapist will allow you to relax and slowly bring yourself back from the relaxed state you are in, dress & get oriented. It might be necessary to wake you by letting you know the session has ended. Give feedback to your therapist. This will allow some alterations to be made to your next treatment for a more pleasurable experience. Drink plenty of water.

Do your therapists offer sensual massage?

Absolutely not! Sensual Massage is very popular in most large cities and is very easy to find. For those who are unfamiliar with it, Sensual Massage is a title used to mask the term "Sex for Sale". It is unfortunate that as trained professionals we are tied into this industry. You will not find anything sexual with our business. Please do not waste your time or ours. Do not offend the therapist with any line of questioning regarding this service. Our therapists will immediately pack up and leave. You will be responsible for the bill.

In the professional massage world we refer to ourselves as "Massage Therapists". This title removes the gender indication from our profession and indicates we are professionals.
